- Record: VG++VG++
- Labels: VG+VG+ (Both sides have a bit of wear around center hole)
- Sleeve: VGVG- (Crease on front and back from record. Also some discoloring on back. Top flap has wear along the bottom and has wear at crease with some tape in center and both ends. The surface is off underneath of flap and on sleeve where opened. Some surface off on back near flap. There is a bit of tape on top right corner. Very worn at corners with small tear at top left corner. There is a General Mills address label on back addressed with a persons name and address)
