Very rare variety of a cloth Popeye doll. It has no makers mark. Do not confuse this with the more common Effanbee version.
The figure has a lot wear. One felt ear is missing a chunk. There is dirt, dust, stains, fraying, wrinkling and a hole in his hat. See photos for condition.
Measures about 15\" tall.
