RARE vintage ROBBIN bangle watch 17 jewels PAT. APLD. FOR works:

This is a rare antique/vintage ladies bangle watch marked ROBBIN, 17 JEWELS. I have had a hard time finding anything out about this watch, so it would be a great piece for that person who has everything, or the collector of rare watches. On the band, it says PAT. APLD. FOR, and on the back of the case, it looks like J. D. BASE METAL. The watch winds, and works, although it took about a minute for me to hear the ticks. The watch needs a good cleaning that I am not qualified to do, so I leave that to the winner of this unique item. There are some sort of gems/rhinestones for the numbers-I don\'t know which, but there are red ones for 12, 3, 6, and 9. Clear ones for the other numbers. There is no second hand. There are minor scratches on the crystal, which you may or may not be able to see in the pictures.The chain and clasp is intact, although I have noticed that the clasp needs to be tightened to hold better. There are a couple of spots of green on the inside of the band-I have no idea what it is, and I don\'t think I have a picture of it.
