Description: Up for sale is this very nice Russian Samavar and tray. I am sorry but am unable to translate so I can not tell you the manufacturer. If you are able to translate and would be willing to share please send me an email. This Samavar is brass with trade mark stamps in many places. There are many dates from 1870 to 1885 so I am comfortable to say this was made in late 19th century. Tray is a match with certain Russian imprint. Really very impressive piece that might be of interest.

Dimensions: Tray measures 18" X 10". Samavar stands 20" tall.

Condition: Condition is good for the age. Some surface verdigris to the metal. Two knobs missing from the top and piece of wood missing from top lid handle.
