Shipping & Handling
- Being in the internet business for several years now, we have learned about shipping skillfully. We double box most items and we repack them so that they will arrive to you safely, the way you paid for them to arrive.
- We don't just stick a label on your item and hope for the best! We take time to repack, wrap cardboard around the original box and securely tape it. We add end strips to many of the heavier items also.
- These items incur extra labor and material costs, that is why shipping is higher than smaller objects that are less damage prone. Some beds, bar sets and so forth have multiple packages that will be shipped to you.
- Furniture needs this attention and there are vendors that do not go through this process and that can be understood in response. We do care and would like you to return as our customer. We are here for the long term.

- We take responsibility for any damage incurred from shipping and will replace damaged parts immediately if it is in our stock, or we will order the part so that you have it as soon as possible.
- We strive to ship your package within 3 days. Sometimes it is shipped sooner, or if it is real busy, a bit longer. This time does not include weekends or holidays. Transit time is usually 2 to 6 days depending on where it is being shipped to.

- We don't issue automatic warranties on products.
- We do, of course, replace a part or compensate for items received damaged or incomplete.
- We also work with you on obtaining parts should something break or wear out at a later time, if available and at our shipping and item cost.
- If you have damage, email within 48 hours of your delivery.
- We will always replace the damaged part or make fair compensation.
- If item is damaged, do not refuse delivery, we will replace damaged part(s).
- FedEx requires proof of the damage so a picture of the damage is needed.
- Please do not leave a negative or neutral if damage occurs because we will work with you. WE WILL MAKE IT RIGHT!

If We Have Oversold Your Item
- If you buy an item from us and we find a shortage with our stock, we can immediately refund you.
- You can also wait for that item to come into our stock and we would ship as soon as it arrives.

Out Of Stock
Items out of stock can be purchased and we will shipthem to you as soon as they arrive. Please note at thetop of any sale it will read, "Buy at this price andwe will ship in X weeks." We then will ship the item at
the specified time, if the item is estimated to be late wewill contact you.
If you decide to purchase, please understand we try very hard to be accurate, but if we cannot get the item by the due date, you can always receive a refund. We ask that you are aware of this and do not get upset if it takes longer than specified. We do this because of customer requests to do so, but definitely do not want negatives or neutrals for these reasons.
- Want to ship back? No problem, use a shipping company of your choice
- When we receive & inspect the item & find everything is good, we’ll refund the total price paid minus a 20% restocking fee. This fee represents the shipping to you and inspection of item on return.
- If you wish to return your item please get in contact with us within 14 days of receiving the item. You can contact us by telephone or by email.
- The item would need to be unassembled and you would need all of the original packaging, hardware and any instructions included in the shipment.
- The box would need to be packaged in the same manner that it was received in. We do ask that the original box for the product be included, but if the second layer of cardboard isn’t able to be reused, a new layer of cardboard would be needed. All the items and parts inside the box would need to be wrapped in the materials they were originally shipped in.
- It would be up to you cover the cost of shipping back to us by using FedEx, UPS or the Post Office. The returned item would need to have shipping insurance in the event that there is damage in transit while it’s being shipped back to us.
- Once we receive the item back at our warehouse, we’ll go ahead and inspect the item to ensure all of the parts are included as well as making sure there isn’t any damage.
- If all of the parts are there and there isn’t any damage, we’ll refund the total price minus a 20% restocking fee.
- In the event that there is damage while in transit when it is being returned to us, you would be responsible to file a shipping claim with the company that you used to ship back to us. The shipping claim would allow you to recover the cost of shipping the item back to us as well as the price of the product that you had shipped. We would send you pictures of the damage that you would be able to use with your claim to secure a paid claim. If there is the need to file a claim, the shipping company used would cover your refund in the form of a paid claim.
Shipping Your Purchase
- If you have detailed shipping instructions for us, email us the same hour of purchase (we need no email if your address if fine in check out). You can have your item shipped to an address other than your own. Just fill it out in checkout. We do not look at PayPal.
- Please make sure your email information is up to date. We have had ongoing problems with emails that are no longer valid. In the system you can email us, but when we reply, if your email is not up to date, it is undeliverable. This causes problems because our customer things we are not responding. Having your phone number in checkout is also a good idea. The more information we have, the better able we are to communicate with you if there is a problem. This is part of our fantastic customer service.
- Please allow us a little time to prepare your order and to ship it. We double box most orders and pack your items carefully. Furniture packaging shipping does take skill and time for packing properly.
- If ad has, "Will ship in X weeks" we will ship in the specified time and if item is estimate to be late we will inform you through an email.
- When we ship your purchase you will receive an email and an email with a FedEx or UPS tracking number.
- Please be aware and track your package while it is being delivered.
- Please let us know about gate codes, unusual package drop locations, etc.
- Leave a note for the delivery man if necessary. This is our biggest delivery issue.
- Delivery will be attempted 3 times. If it is safe, they will leave the item on the porch or leave a note with your instructions.
- If yours is a routine delivery there is no need to emails.
- Any non-delivery will be sent back to us and shipping will have to be charged to you both ways, plus a 10% restocking fee. Please be aware of your delivery.
- Upon arrival to you, we ask that you inspect your purchase within 48 hours.
- If, by chance, there is any damage please follow the procedures above.
