Very Rare Early Work by American (North Carolina) Glass Artist

Functional (if you desire) glass goblet / wine glass was handblown by the artist in 1977. Signature and year are engraved on the bottom of the base. Goblet is 9-3/4 inches tall. Base measures just over 4-1/2 inches in diameter. Top flared opening measures 4 inches across.

This early work from now-well-regardedinfluential glass artistwas purchased by a member of my family in 1977 from Cedar Creek Gallery in Creedmore, North Carolina. It is in mint condition - I can see no flaws.
