The vase offered is a high gloss glaze hand painted clover and leaves vase being offered from 1892. The round vase shows a high degree of depth and range of color in this rending of yellow andorange clover blossoms andleaves! This vase provides a delicate view of colors from 1891. The overall design is truly wonderful work of hand painting by this Rookwood artist Elixzabeth Neave Lilcon! The vase is 3 5/8\" tall by 2 3/4\" wide at the widest point in the center of the vase. The base of the vase is marked with the Rookwood symbol along with the Rookwood RP and five flames or 1891, the mold #657 D, and the script initials mark for the Elizabeth Neave Lincoln. Please see the above pictures to view this piece along with the base markings, artist mark, and the Rookwood mark. The vase has no chips, no fleabites, no hairlines, no cracks, and in wonderful original condition. Please plan to add $14.95 for double box shipping in the mainland USA.
