Click to View Image Album Up for sale is this hard to find salt and pepper set produced by the Rosemeade Pottery Company of North Dakota. The set consists of 2 goldfinch birds that measure about 2 1/4\" across from wing to wing and stands about 1 1/4\" tall from the base to the tip of the tail. The set consist of a one pouring hole shaker and a two pouring hole shaker. The bottom opening in each shaker does have its cork. There are no Rosemeade marks or stickers on the shakers but they are shown in the Rosemeade Pottery collector\'s guide book. These shakers must have been sold as a souvenir set, as there are remains of that type of a sticker on each of the shakers. You can see red and black pieces of the sticker in the photos. This set is a USED estate item and does show some light crazing on the shakers. I have not tried to remove the souvenir sticker remains, as I did not wish to damage the set. The one hole shaker has a line through the white area on its tail where the souvenir sticker would have original been.
