This Roseville Futura \'Ostrich Egg\' vase stands 7.5" high by 5.5" in diameter. It is one of the more elusive Futura forms in the Futura line up. It has an open eggform, balanced on a raised square platform base, with 4 buttressed feet, a great Art Deco presentation! The glaze colors on this vase areamber/cinnamon and a rich slate blue, with a fabulous leopard-skin glaze effect, in green at the rim. The leopard glaze completes the interior, and it isfinishedto a smoothe satin matte. This vase is unmarked, but guaranteed to be vintage Futura,circa 1928. It is in factory mint condition, with afactory glaze skip on the platform base, which we show in the photos. ThisArt Deco beautymakes an awesome presentation!
