For saleis a lovely piece of art pottery made by the Roseville Pottery Company of Zanesville, Ohio. The pattern is called \"Snowberry\" and the shape is adouble handled vase. This piece of Pottery is a nice cabinet size as it stands6 1/4\" tall and is approximately4 1/2\" in daimeter outside handles measurement. The top opening is 3 3/8\" in diameter outside measurements.The pattern is a very Pleasing one as it depicts very Nice clusters of White Berries with a handful of Detailed Green Leaves on Brown winding branches flowing from the top to the bottom. This is set against a Matt Country Blue Glaze. There are two wonderfully applied buttressed triangular shaped handles on each side that come up off the waist of the vessel and they attach just under the top rim. These handles are molded right into the body.The Vase is considered to be in Excellent Condition as there are no cracks, chips, nicks or dings. The piece is signed with the raised relief \"Roseville U.S.A.1V-6\" signature and mold mark. There is also a letters V and N written in a blue glaze or grease Pencil. More than likely theses arefinishers initials.This Blue Snowberry Vase was made Circa 1947.
