Selling a nice group of postcards this week, many nice Pennsylvania real photo and printed views, many old small town hotels, plus others, please see my other sales.
Old real photo postcard, used with pencil numerals on front and corresponding names in ink on reverse. Note number two is marked as W J Bryan-historical notes on the Mission Texas community website indicate WJB who ran for President settled there and was one of the first purchasers from Conway and Hoit. Thus it seems the label is probably accurate and it is THE notable WJBryan. Neat old view! NOTE CONDITION: LOSS OF CORNER TIP AT TOP RIGHT. Corner bumps with some edge wear otherwise. Please pay within 7 days of sale end. Shipping is $1.50 for well packaged first class mail; all items shipped with either sturdy cardboard or in a rigid postcard holder and securely packaged. Single cards or combinations of small paper items selling for over $20 are always shipped in rigid postcard holders, and may be reinforced with cardboard as well. Shipping charge quoted for US sales, others can be quoted-most foreign destinations $2.50 US but I cannot always ship additional items for free to foreign addresses. Note on international shipping: Registered mail is always available and costs would be paid by the buyer-US registry is expensive-current cost to buyers is about $15 USD. Shipments with sales value over $75 USD will likely require Registered mail, if shipped internationally. Note that if Registered mail is not purchased responsibility for nondelivery shifts to the buyer.
Extra USPS services for packages are available if desired, please advise and I can adjust the invoice total as needed. Insurance, etc charges are billed at current USPS rates; currently $50 insurance coverage is $2.10.
