The cover mounted with a diamond encrusted crown above yellow gold wreaths set with a melee of diamonds and central Moon stone cabochon. The diamond and ruby thumb piece released the hinged cover to reveal a \"surprise\" of a jeweled Bouquet of Flowers. The interior of the top further lined in Pink Enamel. Raised on a Green guilloche inverted conical foot atop a banded, jewel-set plinth. Together with its\' fitted beech wood traveling box. with spurious marks Mid 20th Century.
