This is a bench from the Navasota, Texas railroad station. It is a wonderful old piece made of solid walnut with large brass capped feet. It is 11 feet and 9 inches long. It stands 38 inches tall at the back and it is 24 inches deep from the front to the back. I can’t guess the dollar amount that the walnut would cost at today’s prices. My best guess is that this bench pre-dates 1900 just because of the style. I would love to see it returned to Navasota, Texas as part of an historic building or to be displayed in a bank or some local restaurant. This item will be for local pickup only, but I would discuss delivery within 100 miles of Bryan, Texas.
