    Customer Service

    If, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with yourpurchase, you may request to return the item within 14 days from the date yourorder was received for an exchange or refund. You may request to return any ofthe following items for a refund:

    -Any item that has been unopened.

    -Any item received with missing parts or components

    -Any item that is defective or damaged

    A Return Goods Authorization (RGA) form is required for allreturns. To request a RGA form you may email customer service: thru Contact buyer email. Please includeyour order number, email address, id, and reason for the return when emailingus for the RGA form. This form must be completed and returned by email prior toreturning the product. All shipments without an authorized RGA will be refused.

    For shipping errors or damaged items, you have 7 businessdays from the date you received the item(s) to contact us to notify us of theerror.

    A 20% re-stocking fee will be applied to any return that isnot an error of our company. We will refund the original purchase, less a 20%restocking fee, for all unused items if returned with the original box and packaging(all in original condition), all manuals and accessories within 14 days ofreceipt. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

    GotPartsUSA is unable to accept returns of racing parts or custom-madeparts. Electrical or electronic components are also void if they have beenconnected or opened.

    We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we havereceived and processed the returned item. We inspect returns for damage. Youcan expect a refund within 7 business days of our receipt of the product inquestion. Refunds will be in the same form previously accepted for payment.
