This is a very rare Liquor Bottle from the Famous Union Club in New York City. Has the Private Label of the club. Bottle wae made from a three part Mould with an attached lip which dates the bottle pre Cival War. The Union Club is the oldest Social Club in NYC. and the most prestigious. The membership was a list of the most famous people in America. A few : John Astor who died on the Titanic, Ulysses S. Grant, President, JP Morgan, Cornalius Vanderbuilt, Dwight D. Eisenhower, William Randolph Hearst and General Philip H Sheridan of the union Army. By 1933 the club had a membership of 1,300. There arn\'t many of these bottles out there so take avantage of this once in a life time opportunity to acquire this historical antique . Bought at sale 25 years ago.
