This is a neat & rare tea pot. Per available research, it appears to be a very early Wm A Rogers LTD piece. The trademark places it pre 1901 per \"Giorgio B\"\'s Silver Collector\'s Site. Also, noted from GB, was this made was long before Wm A Rogers Company had merged with other companies & eventually was bought out by Oneida in the 1920\'s.
You can do further research as well if you need, but I could not find another like this one. It is marked Wm A ROGERS, #500 & Sheffield Reproduction on the bottom with other markings as well. It is in good condition, but has a few minor dings. I have not cleaned the item since I obtained it, other than a mild dusting.
Good collectible for someone who collects pieces from Victorian Era America & Silversmiths.
