Rare 18thC Worcester Porcelain 1st Period Floral & Blue Ground Chocolate Cup:

For sale is nice early two handled cup made by Worcester around 1765. I know these in German porcelain to be soup or boullion cups but I have seen this shape referred to as loving or chocolate cup as well. Either way it is hand painted with two superb floral arrangements with some nice gilding around it with the rest of the cup having their famous cobalt blue ground color. Two nicely shaped handles and a bit more gold trim make this one elegant cup! The cup is in great condition which never hurts :) It has a tiny bit of wear to the gilding on the top edge but that is it. The cup is 2.75 inches tall and has a diameter of just under 3.75 inches so a nice size!
