offered is a fabulous and extremely rare 1933 art deco \"viceroy\" 9k gold liftarm pocket petrol lighter. the luxury hallmarked lighter features a 8 sided body design with mini liftarm fancy shape snuffer mechanism. one side edge reads andrew osborn who was a famous english actor. the S&S jeweler workshop made lighter is london hallmarked for 1933. the uk registered number on the underside shows this \"viceroy\"model was first designed in 1932.
