Condition: As far as I can tell, the doll has never been removed from the box and is in excellent, like-new condition. The seal on the tissue paper that covers Cinderella was broken so the original owner could view the doll. Tiara was only removed from bubble wrap to take pictures, and returned the way it was. Shipping Policies

All of our listings use the Shipping Calculator. You pay what it really costs to ship the item to you. We usually add .75 cents as a handling cost to cover packaging materials. In some instances where the items are larger or require special packaging, the handling cost may be a bit higher to cover the packaging costs. We don\'t endeavor to make a profit on the shipping.

ReturnPolicies

All of our listings of New items have a Money Back return policy. You must contact us before returning an item and it must be shipped within 3 days of receiving it.The itemmust be unopened and in resellable condition. Only the price of the item will be refunded. Shipping & Handling costs will not be refunded. A 20% restocking fee will be charged and deducted from your refund amount after the item has been returned.
