Incredible and rare antique kitchen / cooking / corner store / pantry scale by Alexander werk, likely early 1900sWorking, stunning piece for decorativeor useMarked 10kilo, 12\" tall sorry nopan Alexander von der Nahmer in Remscheid, Germany in 1885. It began life as an iron foundry with mechanical workshops manufacturing small machines and apparatus for a variety of industries, as well as some domestic equipment and appliances.As the company grew demand for the iron foundry diminished and it was eventually closed. It is as I bought it a very long time ago, the back& pan rest may have been repainted but do not know, seems to work fine, has an adjustable screw (picture #7) This is part of my personal collection, any questions let me know, trying to downsize some of them, so please check out my store.Its heavy so will ship the most cost effective way for the buyer.
