This antique 24\" boudoir bed doll has a composition head, hands and legsand cloth body.
Her head, upper front and back shoulder plates andhands are composition. She wears composition high hills n her feet.
She has painted on facial features. Her auburn hair is made is elaborate old fashion design. She has blue eyes with real upper lashes and painted brows; the original eyelashes are still intact and this is quite rare for the doll of her age.
Her red mouth ispainted.
Her cloth body is in good condition.
She wears abundant blue dress with elaborate lace details. The dress looks original, it is fragile but in good condition.
No age spots or tears noted anywhere on the dress.
The doll is unmarked but I am fairly sureshe was made in France between 1920and 1930s.
This is a lovely old boudoir doll in her original clothing, and with a little care would make a lovely display item for any collector.
This doll is in perfect vintage condition. She has no cracks or crazing, something unusual for old composition doll.
