Very cute 9\", Effanbee \"Patsyette\", composition doll from the 1930\'s, dressed as \"Little Red Riding Hood\" with a basket, very nice composition with barely any crazing or rubs, brown painted eyes glancing to the side and rosebud mouth. I don\'t know if the clothes are original! Floral ivory dress with lace trim by shoulders and neckline, one piece undies with attached camisole, silky socks, red shoes, red cape with hood.
