Late 19th century solid cast iron book press in wonderful working condition. The large wheel being the same width as the base will make make it a very sturdy cocktail table with the addition of a round glass top. Very handsome indeed and in excellent condition all around. Only showing a little character wear for its age. A decorators dream. Should be for local pick-up as it is very heavy. I would guess at about 150 lbs. We could work out freight delivery if need be.
