Splendid Late 19th Early 20th Century Chinese Export Solid Silver Card Case Made By Kwong Man Shing - Hong Kong
Description - Superb and rare antique good gauge solid silver Chinese rectangular card case with push on lid, the case is beautifully embossed and hand chased with a bamboo design on both sides and with a central blank shield shape cartouche, the case has a lid that pushes on and off.
The base of the card case has the hallmark \"KMS\" which is Kwong Man Shing, who worked in Hong Kong, there are also chines character marks stamped.
Condition - The card case is in excellent condition, there are no dents, dinks, dints, splits, holes or repairs, the embossed decoration is crisp and clear with no rubbing or wear and the lid fit nice and tightly.
Dimensions & Weight - The card case is 8.1cm long x 4cm wide, the weight is 49.3 grams.
