A rare & stunning antique Victorian 15ct Gold Floral Engraved Wedding Ring dating to c1900, which is beautifully decorated with a Floral Motif as shown(please see the detailed close-up photographs provided, which form an integral part of the item\'s description).
This wonderful ring, which weighs 6.5 grams & is approx\' 7.0mm wide, has beautiful engraved floral decoration encircling the band. The ring is stamped with a maker\'s mark \'L.B\' together with a fineness mark \'15\' confirming that it is made from solid 15ct Gold & another stamp \'C\', which is indistinct (please see high quality photo\'s taken at x10 magnification).
Overall, this finest quality ring is in wonderful condition, as shown, with only wear commensurate with age; although there is evidence that it has been re-sized historically. As can be seen in the photographs the Maker\'s Mark & Fineness Mark are crisp and clear, which is a good indication of how little this ring has been worn.
This superb Antique Wedding Ring is sized as a UK Size \'O\', which equates to a US Ring Size \'7 1/4\'; as with almost all antique rings the band isslightly ovalized i.e it is not perfectly round and it measures slightlydifferently on the gauge depending on how it is positioned, however this willnot affect the ring when worn.
