Rare Atelier Camille Le Tallec Limoges France Dish Hand Painted Napoleonic Bees Flowers Signed. The dish is 5-7/8\" wide and 1\" high. Stunning painting of colorful flowers and center laurel wreath with Napoleonic bees. Rim has band of emerald green with lines of gold on both sides. The back has the French inscription in red that says the dish was designed and decorated by hand at Le Tallec of Paris. The blue signature is the LT in script. The letter in between dates the dish. The letters CH are the initials of the painter. The date letter looks like a \"k\" which dates to 1946. The letter could also be an \"x\" which is for 1952.Camille Le Tallec (1906-1991) graduated from the prestigious Ecole de Louvre in 1929 and in 1930 joined the family porcelain decorating business. Within thirty years the studio was creating hand painted porcelain tablewares for kings and queens. A fruitful collaboration with Tiffany & Co. led in 1990 to the Atelier Le Tallec\'s incorporation into the American company. Atelier Le Tallec was inducted as a member of the Grands Ateliers de France (the fifty best studios in France) in 2000.

From large estate. Only issue is tiny dot of missing gold on outer line. Otherwise excellent vintage condition.
