Inside cover is blank, then 3 pages of music, then back page is an advertisement for the publisher. This is listed in Parrish-Willinghman CSA imprint bibliography as #7522. Generally good condition, one small corner piece of back page missing, a few minor edge tears, part of center fold separated. No text effected. Never bound, larger than most sheet music I have seen.
