Here is a RARE and GORGEOUS Collector Grade 1920’s SWAN ETERNAL 54 E.T.N. fountain pen and pencil set in Lapis Blue with subtle, lighter blue marbling – in the fragile original Swan gift box – box is excellent. The set is eye-candy, lustrous and VERY lightly used – a moistened Q-Tip gets NOT A TRACE of residue in the cap– all the imprints, Gold Filled trim etc are bright and fresh as new. The pen measures 4 ¼” capped, the SWAN ETERNAL No 4 nib is 14CT GOLD, Medium with lots of iridium. The pencil is also 4 ¼” and is just as nice – eraser has deteriorated. The pen has beautiful imprints – the outline of the graceful swan on ripples of water is aside the Mabie Todd mark – Patent Dates of 1904 and 1918 – the barrel end is impressed 54 E.T.N. – some of the prettiest, factory fresh imprints I have seen anywhere. This is a wonderful set – no variation in the rich color, absolutely gem Gold Filled trim, correct No 4 SWAN ETERNAL nib – Good as It Gets – out of an estate – buyer pays 7.50 safe bubble shipping and tracking in USA
