those little stars they ask you click ...well those are important to the sellers ratings .. if they are judged unfairly by the buyer ... they can do harm ...; a couple of those categories ... the seller has no power to change (like shipping costs)

in THIS country now charges the SELLER 9 percent of shipping charges
