DESCRIPTION: Large at 10 1/4\" tall with base measuring 4\" x 8 1/4\", finely detailed carved Black Forest walnut standing duck with original glass eyes. Carved from one piece of walnut, this is an exceptional piece of craftsmanship. On the ducks left leg half way up, looks like a clean break thru that was never repaired but no other breaks or chips. It does have a couple of light drying cracks as I have shown. Very surprised that this exceptional carving was not signed. Quite heavy at 3 pounds and 2 ounces.

Packing: When shipping paper items, they are protected by plastic bag and placed between 2 pieces of cardstock and placed inside a priority mail flat rate or a manila envelope. Additionally, a note saying \"Please Do Not Bend\" is written in marker on the envelope. All items that are boxed go individually in plastic bags, are wrapped in newspaper with newspaper packing all around in stiff cardboard boxes.
