Rare Large 23\"Antique Early Papier-Mâché Old Cloth Body Civil War Greiner Doll:

This sweet, chubby-cheeked doll measures 23 inches long. She has an early, papier mache shoulder head and the original, wool or cotton-stuffed cloth body. The shoulder head alone measures 7.5 inches tall and has a shoulder to shoulder measurement of 6.5 inches. It reveals molded black hair, blue eyes and exposed ears. Without repair, it is worn and has a chip on the back-left shoulder plate. The body features mitten shaped hands and wide hips that allow it to sit solidly. In very good condition without significant damage, only the right arm needs reinforcement at the shoulder. To give you a better appreciation of the body size, it measures just under 19 inches long, has a waist circumference of 12.5 inches and hips of just over 19 inches.
