Outstandingpiece of figural porcelain from legendary maker Nymphenburg, circa 1916-1921 (basedon marks). Buyers should rely on their own knowledge and research indetermining maker, age, region of origin, etc.

Designed and sculpted by Paul Zettler in 1914, the Indische Elefantenkuh (Asian ElephantCow) is a magnificent and impressive example of high quality figural porcelainproduction. The detailing is very fine, extensive and beautifully captured in thevery sharp casting of clean white porcelain having a gloss finish. Amagnificent piece.

Size/Condition: Measures 11.25”x5”x 9”. Please also refer to ALL of the photographs as they arepart of the description. Small production mold/dry lines/wrinkles at neck, leftear, under the glaze (as made). No chips or cracks. Impress marked to foot asseen, no green stamp, undated.
