Extremely rare SGK Occupied Japan capodimonte style demitasse cup and saucer. Cup measures 2.5\" high, 3\" wide including handle. Saucer is 4 3/4\" wide. This set is not without its issues and is priced as such. The cup is in fantastic shape with no crazing - in and of itself a rarity - though the gold decoration on the interior shows some wear. However, the handle is perfect with no gold loss at all. The saucer is, again, without any crazy but there is minor fading of the gold interior circle and rim. The saucer also has a hairline crack which I have photographed.
