From estate. While the cover has some edge wear as photographed the 125+ non-paginated pages are overall in at least very good condition. There are eight full page color illustrations with two having a very minor corner tear and/or fold. Otherwise the entire book has at most very token wear. Inside the front cover (see photo) there is a faint nominally raised vertical rectangle that is present for absolutely no reason that I can fathom. The binding is in excellent condition and there is no discoloration to the cover or elsewhere.Maybe an owner\'s notation was attached atone time. This item is very rare to begin with and I doubt you can find this much sought book elsewhere in better (or as good)condition. Free shipping to US buyer. No international sales.
