knife blade is stamped KA-BAR REG, U.S. PAT. OFF. Other side no stamp. The genuine dark stag handle is perfect, solid and very nice. Blade looks like it was only lightly used some and has been carefully sharpened. Sharpening scratches show some but not real bad. There are a number of minor pits from age. Length of knife is about 9-1/2 inches with a blade length of 5 inches, width is about 1-1/8 inch. Guard and butt are aluminum. Thoseare in good condition. It is the original leather sheath that is still in excellent condition. Nice lightly used collectible piece. Please look the photos over carefully before buying. Any questions please ask ahead.
