A magnificent pair of antique French dore bronze candlesticks with enameled flowers pottery that I believe is from Longwy Pottery, though I cannot find a maker\'s mark on the candlesticks. They have such presence -- the enameled flowers on turquoise background stately and beautiful and the feet with talons dangerous looking. They are 7 1/2 inches high.One of the candlesticks is missing the bobeche skirt at top, and has a small chip in the enamel (see photos).
