Minor scratches because of aged and daily usage,no serious stain, no rust, no dent and no discolor is found, some nicks andchips surround the edge of the barrel end, cap rim edge and the edge near thetassie (please refer photos,and I believe that this defects is factory defects) otherwise I will rate this pen in MINTcondition
