On offer is a Provincial Antique English silver Basting Spoonin Fiddle pattern.

Itis engraved with initials to the front and always has been, definitely no erasures either.

The bowlis of perfect shape with a thick pointed tip.

Here we have aquite exceptionaland quite lovelysilver bastingspoon of good gauge and weight.Hallmarksaredeep and clear.

Thislovely itemislarge at 11.875 inches in length.

Assayed in Sheffield,1824-year letter a.

Maker is Robert Gainsford.
