You are offerding ona vintagekey master cel and background set up from The New Scooby Doo Movies from 1972. This is from the episode Sandy Duncan\'s Jekyll and Hydes In this scene Daphne is dressed up like Sandy Duncan\'s double and she and Freddy are running from a movie prop mechanical dragon in Chinatown. In this scene they were hiding behind some smalltrees when the dragon breaths out fire and burns them.If you watch the cartoon carefully you can tell the trees were also cels and not part of the background (I do not have the tree cels). Thisexact cel and background image appear at the 19:58 mark in the episode.The hand-painted background measures approximately 13 1/2 inches X 101/2 inches and is in excellent shape.It has production holes and numbers at the bottom. The single cel, which contains both images of Fred and Daphne measures approximately 10/12 inches X 12 1/2 and also has the production holes and numbers. Theimagesare very nice andcolors are extremely bright. I see no flakingof paint, butsome of the blackoutlines show minorwear as you can see in the photos. I know there are companies that restore these to \"like new\", but from my perspective, I would leave it original since the wear seems minimal to me. The clear part of the celseems a little dirty. I haven\'t cleaned it, and won\'t. I don\'tknow enough about these to know how to safely do that. This is an extremely rare opportunity to own this rare cel and matching original background. Scooby Doo original backgroundsfrom the 60s and 70s by themselves are very rare and I\'ve seen thebackgrounds alonesell on for over $800. So I have no idea whata key mastersetup like this isworth. I hate to part with this, but Irecently had theopportunity to add some very expensive items to my own collection, so I\'mtrying to recoop a little of what I\'ve spent.Please offer with confidence.
