Up for sale with is a Rare Matching Set of 4 19th Century Victorian English Sterling Silver Bud Vases. The Vases are quite fabulous and the only matching set of 4 I have sold in many years. The Vases are of excellent quality throughout with wonderful Figural Birds and other fine Victorian Period Repousse designs throughout. The Vases also feature nice cut scalloped top rims and heavy weighted bases so there is no worry about them easily tipping over. The Vases are in very good condition for their age with some small dint marks to a couple bases but this only noticeable upon close inspection and they display beautifully standing approx 4-1/2\" tall by 1-3/4\" wide across the tops. The Vases also have a quality combined weight of 685 grams, though this does of course include the heavy weighted bases. The Vases are fully Hallmarked for the fine Period Silversmith William Comyns & Sons, London England, Sterling Silver and the Date Letter for 1885. I don\'t think you will find another original matching set of four bud vases like this up for sale again any time soon, especially with !!
