Wonderful Mid-Century Modern unsignedRussel Wright very Rare SPUN ALUMINUM covered cake or desert server or possible cheese server. It\'s rather large (dimensions added later) and it has this awesome red knob on top which may or may not be red bakelite. The wooden surface on the interior bottom was wrapped in this celophane when I purchased it so I never took it off. The only flaws I can see are a few light scratches and this speckling on the surface from a liquid. Never found a way to \"polish spun aluminum\" so I\'m leaving it alone for someone who knows what to do to polish this and remove the light film on the outside. NO Pitting anywhere. Dome by itself has a 9\" diameter and the tray is approx. 11.75\" in diameter. This is approx. 4.5\" high. Unsigned but juding by the rim I\'d say this was a WAGNER aluminum piece. ? VERY ART DECO and very sophisticated. I enjoyed owning it and now it can be yours. :) There are probably very few of these in existence and in this kind of condition... very rare !
