Rare and unusual brass? adjustable candlestick holder with side hook. I used the hook to hold candles but I think it may have been to hold candle wick snippers. Great detail in the steps/teeth that adjust. Measures fully extended 12\" tall and lowest 9\" tall and the base is about 4 1/4\" diameter. A really beautiful piece!
