Here is a Rare Vintage Arthur Armour Hammered Anodized Aluminum TRAY Trees & Church, Heavy.
I bought it here, in Los Angeles, at the Pasadena Flea Market, many years ago, and it was already vintage, then.
The work on it is amazing, so finely done: trees, a little church lost in a valley, probably in a village, even if we don\'t see much of the village, but we can see the top of a house, hidden. If it was not a church, but a pagoda, it could almost look like a Chinese or Japanese landscape. This Tray is rather heavy.
It is easy to carry around because it has very comfortable handles, beautifully done as well, please, check the photos to see the detail of the ridges work.
This Tray is so beautiful that it could be use for the aperitif, for tea time, on a dining table, but also on a vanity, in a bathroom, in an entrance for the mail coming in, even though its size is not small at all.

Condition:It has a few scratches from use and probably due to its old age. Nice and straight, I see a beautiful hammered work and so finely embossed trees, church, village. The top is silver-colored and looks actually like silver, even if it is not, the underneath looks more pale gold, at the day light outside, it is more noticeable. Overall, in spite of the scratches, great vintage and used condition. Just on the photos, if you see some colors on the tray, it is just the reflection of things around, I had a lot of difficulties to take the photos, because of the shadows and colors of all kinds around, reflecting.
