Here we have a rare vintage brass pipe tamper in the form of \"Old Nosey\" - a caricature ofthe Duke of Wellington - produced by the famous British Tobacco brand \"Astley\'s\".
It is in great condition overall - some verdigris in the crevices.
Stamped \"Astleys\" on the base.
