Vintage metal owl ashtray available for purchase. It is heavy and feels like cast iron. This sat on my grandfathers desk for years. The head is hinged and opens to a ceramic liner. The liner is chipped. It measures 4\" tall and 2-1/2\" wide at base. The feather detail and glass eyes are outstanding. Underneath the base is a small hole - not sure if it is metal worn.
