You are offerding on the vintage sewing box shown in the photos. It bears no markings; it is sold as found. Yellowing is consistent with age. The pad used to hold pins ( see photo #3) has rust spots. It is replaceable. This material now in place looks like a powder puff cut to fit. There is a chip out of the upper rim of the thread caddy which is visible in photo #5. It does not show when the skirt is in place. This measures 6 1/4\" x 4 1/4\".
