This is a rare vintage Barney Google and Spark Plug wind up tin toy. It is made by Nifty, and is copyrighted by King Features Synidcate. It has a great design and considering it\'s age it\'s in nice condition. There are some spots of residue from what I believe may possibly be tape. I decided to not try and clean it. I\'m a watch dealer and not familiar with vintage toys but the top appears to possibly have been repainted, see photos. I could be wrong but that\'s what it looks like. When the mechanism is wound and given a little push it will work, however keep in mind this is vintage and has been in storage for many years. We have priced this at a fraction of it\'s value.
