1951 - 1970\'s
Schreiner jewelry was made from about 1951-1970s. The company was started by Henry Schreiner, who had worked before WWI for other jewelry companies, and the pieces were hand made. Known for their quality stones and unusual color combinations, one trademark of Schreiner jewelry is the reverse setting of rhinestones (point up instead of point down) and the hook and eye back construction. Large, colorful and eye-catching, these are favorites of most collectors.
