VintageMid Century Modern Architectural Size Blenko Floor Decanter in Sea Green Aqua Color with Stopper.
The Decanter is # 588, The Rocket, Designed by Wayne Husted for the 1958 Blenko Catalog.
The Blenko sandblasted signature appears on the bottom.
It Weighs Over 6.5 Pounds.
This is said to be the first \"Architectural Decanter\" produced by the Blenko company.
It is shown in the 1958-1961 catalogs.
It is gorgeous with heavy, thick glass, a polished rim, ground stopper stem and decanter neck & the Sandblasted Blenko logo.
CONDITION:Nice vintage condition - Body is very good - NO CRACKS - NO BREAKS - NO REPAIRS. MARKED \"Blenko\" on bottom. Clean inside and out. Stopper has a few slight blemishes - possible manufacturing flaws or surface scuffs/scratches. End of stopper may have a couple of flea bites from use. Please see all pictures.
