Up for consideration is an Awesome Rare Vintage 1050\'s/1960\'s (?)2 Story Marx Litho Metal/Tin Doll house with a Breezeway,Awnings,and 33 pieces of Doll furniture and Accessories. House measures 38\" Long x 16\" High (including chimney) x 8\" Wide. There are 7 rooms total not including the Breezeway or the Patio. Rooms include, a Game Room, Nursery, Bathroom, Bedroom, Family Room, Den/Office, and Kitchen. Also included are 33 pieces of furniture and accessories of all different makers. Some include, Kleeware, Renwal, Best, Superior, Multiple and Tonka. This house truly is in Excellent, Almost Mint Condition. There is no rust, very minimal scratching,one dent that I could find on the patio floor, and is missing one tab on theroof by the chimney and one of the awnings.The awning under thesecond story patio is a different pattern then the others, not sure if it was changed out or if it was the original.
